Using Atlumio

Atlumio provides learning apps and teaching hub. These terms describe acceptable use of the current service. Any separate agreement with a school or paid service must be considered alongside these terms.

Adult accounts should be managed by a parent, guardian or authorised teacher. Children should use access arranged by a responsible adult. Teachers should have their school’s authorisation and provide families with appropriate information before adding student records.

Accounts and class access

Provide accurate adult account information and use suitable student display names. Keep email sign-in codes, student passwords and class codes private. Do not access another person’s account or class without permission.

Protect printed login cards, and sign out on shared devices. If access is misused, a responsible teacher can reset student passwords or archive class access using the available app controls.

Your work and permitted use

You keep any rights you hold in writing, feedback and other material you provide. You authorise Atlumio to store, display and process that material as needed to provide the features you request and make it available to the relevant family adult or teacher.

You may use app content for learning and classroom teaching through the service. Do not resell it, redistribute the service or its asset library, or claim another person’s work as your own. Any separately stated licence takes priority for the material it covers.

Respectful and safe use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content; expose unnecessary personal information about children; attempt to bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; or disrupt the service. Only provide records you are authorised to use.

Learning and teaching judgement

Practice scores, starting levels and progress reports support learning and do not replace a teacher’s judgement or a qualified assessment. AI-generated narration and generated or suggested text may contain errors. Adults should check material before using it in reports, sharing it with families or relying on it for decisions.

Availability, changes and virtual items

The service is under active development. Features may change, and maintenance or network problems may interrupt access. Keep a separate copy of important work. Virtual coins and items are learning features and have no cash value.

Prices, fixed access periods, renewal, delivery and refund policies are displayed on the pricing and purchase policies page before purchase. These terms do not create a payment obligation or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Read the Privacy page for current information about account and learning data. It is marked as a draft while operator contact and other details are confirmed. School agreements may need additional data-protection provisions.

Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Material changes should be explained before they affect continued use. A public support contact and operator details will be added when available.
